You’ll learn about weaving in personal anecdotes and the difference between oversharing and making your book relatable.
We’ll talk about sharing other people’s stories and the delicate balance of getting it right.
We’ll also chat about what it takes to get published, what your options are, and how to put your manuscript ahead of the others.

What you can expect from this 6 week book writing immersion…

A well written synopsis and elevator pitch for said book.
A clear structure and outline so you can dive straight into writing it.

A list of personal anecdotes to weave into your book that are relevant to your message.
If you’re an A+ student you may even have a proposal ready to submit to a publisher to land yourself a book deal before your manuscript is complete.

How does it work?
This is a 6 week immersion that includes 6 deep dive masterclasses and 2 group immersion sessions.

6 x live masterclasses via Zoom. Learn everything you need to know about writing a nonfiction book that sells, I won’t leave anything out. In these tutorials you can ask as many questions as you like and I encourage you to do so.
2 x group mentoring sessions. These two sessions are what will take you from someone who thinks about writing a book to someone who actually does it. I would have killed for something like this when I was writing my personal development books. These sessions are designed to workshop your ideas with me and discuss any roadblocks you’re coming up against. These groups will be kept small and intimate so everyone gets adequate 1:1 time.
1 x 30 min 1:1 session. This session can be used for up to 1 month after the immersion is complete and is your opportunity to have me all to yourself.
All masterclass and mentoring sessions are recorded, so you can refer back to the replays as many times as you like.

FAQ
When does the immersion start?
The Immersion begins on Tuesday 6th of September. Hop on the waitlist to be notified when the cart opens.
Do I have to be based in Australia?
The beauty of the immersion is that it is online, so you can join from anywhere in the world if the time difference works in your favour. Each week, you will will receive a recording so if the time difference doesn’t suit you can watch at a time that does. As our two group mentoring sessions will be held in AEST time, depending on how many International participants we have, we will endeavour to make this a time where all participants can join.
I have a nonfiction book idea but it's not self help or personal development. Can I still do this immersion?
Yes. However the content is geared towards the genre of self help. If you feel like you need some clarification to whether this course is suited to you, please send me your question via email.
Do I need to have a clear idea for a book before I do this immersion?
No. Most people will find that a book idea will reveal itself as we move throughout the immersion. You will also receive recordings for each of the Masterclasses so that if you finish the immersion and still don’t have a clear idea of what you want to write, you can refer back to them once you do.
Will you be reviewing our work throughout the immersion?
I will provide feedback to questions asked within the 2 group mentoring sessions and your 1:1 session but I will not read through your work. If you desire lots of personalised 1:1 feedback on specific pieces of writing you will be better suited to the VIP experience.
I'm not sure if I'm ready to start in September. Will this course be running again?
Yes I will run it again in 2023 but this is the final round for this year.
How long do we have to use the 6 x 1:1 Sessions that come with the VIP offer?
All six sessions are to be used within 3 months of the immersion commencing. How often you book in is up to you, but I would recommend fortnightly. You will be sent a link to book in sessions once you have signed up for the VIP offer.
What happens when we sign up?
Once you make payment check your email inbox (the one associated with your Paypal account). You will receive a welcome email with all of the details. If it’s not in your inbox check your junk or spam folder. Your welcome email will confirm all the details of the course and advise you on when you can expect to hear from me again.
Do I need to bring anything?
I will be sharing my tips, tricks and formulas with you every class, so make sure you always come prepared with a notebook and pen so you can take notes.
